See my friend i told you what did yours burn like? and also did your grind the onion skin in a ball mill? how fine was it?

Edit: can you also explain the effect you got with Sodium Nitrate?

Hi there this may help solve your dried onion problem as its best to get this catering grade, as some of the smaller and domestic products can in fact be more of a flavoured table salt than a true onion powder.

Also dried onions are available in catering sizes that could be milled.

I think thats due to the oil inside of ther skin peel maby well see why never use these organic materials if they work instead of searching for hard to get very dear chemicals.

I know onion powder with oil saturated from the Orange skin and left for a day or two to soke up and then dried out again slowly and ground into a powder mixed with Kn03 could be different.

This is no joke so beleive it don't look in a confined way open your mind to the varietys out there.

Ok i have come up with a new formula i call this the Organic Onion Grey powder lol this is a cracker.

First you get your dried onion skin and bake it gently in a tin like normal charcoal untill lovely and light grey then you grind it up i used a motor and pestle since it is so light wait and fine it dosn't need much grinding. Then i mixed some ok Kn03 i used a motor and pestle for this to thats why i said it was "ok" lol. Then mix this with the charcoal and sulphure to use the same ammounts used in average gunpowder and mix this together untill lovely and fluthy and it should be a nice dark grey.

Well when this stuff burns it burns with a very bright like Magnesium colour its realy cool so i assume it is also very hot to and burns with good speed i have a vid of this, if someone can show a good video uploading service i can upload it for you all to see. It is very cool stuff even though i can't make anymore now since my family have gone mad.
