Relax man. I dont think what he has said will damage your sales to be honest. Pyro suppliers are few and hard to comeby, you will have more customers yet.

He didn't know it was the shipping company that made the mistake. You need to understand the man, sending money to someone you don't know is always stressfull and when you recieve your goods and see that they are damaged you can't expect a person to be very reasonable, i think any other person would do a similar thing if they paid a lot of money for damaged goods.

So don't take it to heart.

I did understand his situation ,and i always understand this, so I did say to him dont worry , i will search for it , and will pay money back anyway if can not find out the package. Then if he still trust me he can buy from me again.Read on the apcforum , he said "she is a bitch ", i can not accept that .

I think this will say more good about you than bad. After he found out what the problem was you promised to refund him, and explained why it happened. We can see it was not your mistake, and you have communicated very well. Everyone can see that if they have a problem you will not ignore them like some sellers, but help them.

Sorry about that, but why shouldn't I sign something. I did not know that the mortar tubes would be with the box. The seller is normally responsible for the damaged or missing stuff. I have already posted a "sorry" here.
But really, the seller should find out where the missing stuff is, it's not the reciever's job to do, as you want me to do. Now I hope it'll all be good and that we will find a solution.
All I'm asking for is what I paid for.

No the seller is NOT responsible to lost goods , it is the shipping company , if the seller want to refund some goods and help you bcs a shipping company loose it then you should be very happy.
And it is your responsibility to check the package before sign it.
Actually she can just say it is not my problem , contact the shipping company , thats the way it is.

Actually, she cant say that, The seller is responsible for properly packing the goods and pudi recieved damaged shell hemis.
And overflow is right, if you say "that's not my problem" future customers are going to see that if something get screwed up you can't count on the seller to help you solve the problem. This is bad for buisness.

I finally got my mortars today! Good quality (yellow) mortars with a few hemispheres inside. I offered the seller a free web design, since she claimed that I have scared 3 of her customers away.
Every thing is good now.
