Wow Mini Chris some collecton of rockets there, thanks for the picture!

I was going to get Sky Storm but they were over my budget in the end, also shame I don't have a big rocket like Sky Thriller.

Let us know how they get on please. :) I will post a picture of what we got on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Pete I have never had any of those in the past so can't comment but I also have a King Cobra this year (is it the Oriental Fireworks one?), it looks ok! Azlar, sounds like a good deal to me!

Thanks for the pictures Jindivik and Ad The Man. :)

I hope you both have a great night!

Oh and Jindivik, I noticed in your picture you've already let a few rockets off? What were the Supreme Rockets like? I have a pack, so good to know beforehand, especially the biggest ones?

Cheers.

They were stunning, especially with most of them being old reg. I was advised to take out fawkes revenge and try eliza the sorceress, with the latter being old reg. I think eliz was the best overall firework we had, fired lots of volleys at once and had some lovely varied effects. Highly recommended.

But the highlight was firing the AF61 and crazy horses together. AF61 went off first and went nice and high with some stunning quality explosions and colours, then I ran down to the crazy horses and set it off about 20 seconds after the af61. The sky was ablaze with madness, colours, booms, screetches, and the most wonderful display I have seen. Only slight mistake was that the online videos didn't show the full duration of either so I got them slightly off with the crazy horses finishing before the af61. Add on 10 seconds more wait before horses to get it perfect. Still stunning.

But the most important thing I leanred was not to get soo many medium sized £30-40 cakes, and get multiples of the smaller ones, say x2 cherrys let off with a triple H-bomb. For about £25 that would be unbeatable.

Can't wait until next year, and will spend my time on the motorway again down to newsbox fireworks, great service and advice, with awesome prices.

p.s. then rain stopped at 9.45, so we all legged it outside in a hurry and got cracking :D

Aldi (Weco)
£5 Cyberbox

Asda (TNT)
1 x Small Selection box (both 2 for £10)

Do I get the sense everyone is going to struggle with their selections next year due to the new regs?
