well i'll start this forum of with a question which no doubt adam will know,
right what i want to know is with bullet hits/body hits is there laws/legality issues if done in a professional manor not hobbists on the amount powder/devices strapped to a person at any one time,is there any sort of control over this as i would of thought being actually attached to a person would go under alot contraints,as i would presume indoor/close proximaty fireworks go under.

1] Anything home-made is a big no-no!
When done professionally, insurance for both the FX crew and the actor come into play. Also, some production companies/studios insurance etc may state that only specific devices can be used (i.e. De La Mere squibs, which are the industry standard). In terms of equipment, there are no 'proofed' vests etc, but upon mentioning the word 'kevlar' people feel a lot safer. Distances from other actors and crew have to be taken into consideration too.
