I have seen some sub-brands of fireworks on the market;Majestic under Men Shun
Dynasty and Midas under Astra Fireworks(UK)Limited, part of the Cosmic Group.
Why would you have secondary brands produced for main brands? It sounds a bit odd.

The same reason you have Kwik Save and Sommerfield, they are both the same company, but they're both known for different things.
Category 4 Trained to BPA Level 1 Equivalent.
