Pornagraphic files are forbidden! We'd have the account terminated in seconds.
The ("AUP") Acceptable Use Policy we have to follow can be found here: http://www.lmhosting...al.php?page=aup
Most the music I'll be hosting on the radio station I'll have permission to use my friend owns http://www.dance4passion.co.uk and he's licensed therefore I'm in good hands!
I'll keep you posted on this project.
Was a joke, nevermind im sure it will be great. Can i be a member please?

You don't need a lisence for an internet radio station. So long as the media you are broadcasting has been paid for by yourself then it is completely legal.
You'll find some web hosts have to issue a license (To cover themselves against legal things), When I decide to have the radio installed on my domain name I have to find a new host L&M Hosting doesn't allow any type of MPG files unless you've created them yourself or have written permission (signed by the author too).

Ah, if you're using another host maybe, but if you use your own server it is perfectly legal to do it without a lisence.

That site partially covers what I'm saying, it used to explain how you could legally broadcast for free but I can't find that documentation at the moment.

Well usally I'm not in to all that gangsta s**t, but when an occasion comes.
To tell the truth I'm not either I like most of the old stuff like "ACDC Born to Be Wild", "Elton John", people think I'm wired because one minute I could be into dance or soft music then into Heavy metal basically I like anything with a good beat!
Come on "Richard H" what's your favourite music?

I also appreciate some Dance music, as this is quite good for sequencing fireworks to.
I can often be found listening to Radio 2.

I like the oldies as well as the contempory. Anything from The Who, The Rolling Stones, right upto Kaiser Chiefs, The Killers, Foo Fighters and most recently The Editors, and I also enjoy Classical music. Anything really, apart from R&B, hardcore rock / noise pollution or manufactured s**te they play in the charts these days.

I like dance music too, I am really good friends with a few local MC's and DJ's!
Im also into Hip-Hop, Rock that type of thing! But I carn't stand Pop
Some of my favorite bands / artists are : G-Unit, Tupac, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Black Sabbath, Queen, Porcupine Tree, The Apex Theory, Linkin Park, American Head Charge and Prodigy.
A real good track to fire to is Spitfire by Prodigy, even though Fire-Starter is ace!
