Those look quite interesting Victor - do you have a picture of the straight "shelf" used in the second picture on its own? Have you done any safety tests on them?
Trying to do something very beautiful but very dangerous very safely....

Here is a straight "shelf" . These kind of shelves has been sold to some countries. I am not sure which kind of safety standards you pointed at?

There aren't any official standards for mortar rack safety in the UK, but if a rack falls apart and someone is injured you will be fined a lot of money, and could go theoretically to jail. We normally do what I call the "NastyTrevor" test by exploding the most powerful shells we use (cylinder w/salutes) in one of the tubes and see whether the other tubes are scattered or the shells in them detonate sympathetically. It would be interesting to see how your racks fare in such a test.
