Well I tried just now and can register fine. I just used the page, checked my email and logged in. Please provide more information such as what you can and can't do.
Although I have to note that the login form after registration doesn't work. You have to use the one on the main page.

Signed up with them last night.
Once I paid, I tried logging in, it said "guest account converted to full account", then it said my login details were incorrect and logged me out.
Once I logged back in on the main screen, all works fine.
