If you are referring to the infamous Oklahoma incident then no. The Oklahoma blast was the result of a truckload of ANFO being detonated.

Zanes, it was a truck, also sodium chlorate is used as a weed killer, and Bernie, we are all time travelers, we're just all going in one direction, and that messed up junk mail was recently portrayed as some nuts idea for a money scam(?)

Oh yeah, what the f*ck am I saying, it is ammonium nitrate. It was the fertaliser bit that confused me I think.
