A friend of mine (non pyro!) ia an employed health and safety person, about to embark on consultancy work at huge fees.
He is willing to make one session available for a nominal price for a group of us to learn how modern risk assessments, hazard analyses and method statements are made.
He is based near Sunbury on Thames, so unless we are to pay transport for him then somewhere near there is essential.
Currently the best suggestion is a Sunday afternoon, pick a pub with a "back room" and gather round his lappy for power-point.
He has offered handouts/lecture notes However these will cost.
ANY INTEREST?
If you are seriously interested then please add your name to a list here and copy and paste the entire growing list. Really I need 10 - 20 to make it worth while.
