OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

Suggestion- it might be useful if people give a rough idea of what they are bringing, in terms of how long it would take to fire.

Given that darkness will be limited , and we must finish at 11pm, firing time is going to be a bit limited. (Unless of course you are happy to fire stuff in daylight/twilight. )

So, yeah- its probably a good idea to co-ordinate slightly about what you are bringing.

Me, I will (hopefully) be there Friday evening , bringing Cat 3 stuff that will take about 10 minutes to fire on Friday.

Sorry to beat the same question- but thoughts?

Does anyone fancy coming over the night before, ie on the Friday?

Also, is there a firm and fixed date?

Well you know me and paul are coming over the night before, but it would be good to get some numbers up

The date of the main event is the 14th

If you and Paul are coming over the night before, thats great- I'll definatly come too and bring a few Cat 3 fireworks!

Ace.

I've got some good quality middleweigh fireworks (RRP £25-40) I'd like to see- Molton Krypton, Yandino, Minefield, as well as some other little cakes, and a lot of rockets too!

Should be a nice evening.

I will also try to be there for the main event, Saturday 14th, but I think I'll have unavoidable commitments.

OK! Here is what I'll bring on the Friday night! Should be good for about a 10 minute display:

I was thinking, if anyone has any glow lanterns, that would be a nice thing to bring too! ;)

I havent any glow lanterns but was going to suggest a PGI style blues competition if anyones interested?

The spec is to make your best blue star comp, primed and ready to fire with a bp burst. You must supply 33g of stars so that anyone may provide 3 entrants and be within the legal limit of 100g.

Ill supply lift mode (rockets with empty payloads) and we can all judge.

if your only bringing one sample then bring 3 lots so we can test fire them a few times to compare if you want to?

Any takers?

But the blue tests will have to dry into casings sometime.

I think we have got a bit confused here- my fault totally. I'll edit the other post.

Job done.
