I am currently doing Double AVCE Business Studies and two of my assignments I have to produce a marketing plan and in the other an advertising and public relations plan for a new product that I have decided to invent and market. I, being the sad person I am, have decided to publish a fireworks magazine and market it.
I have already thought of some features (i.e firework saftey, how fireworks are made, any displays etc) and one of the tasks in my marketing plan is to evaluate the current market and try to think of a good marketing mix. Now, you dont have to know what the marketing mix is, but could anybody point me to any information on the firework market? The sort of thing I am looking for (if possible) is how many fireworks are sold every year, the age range of buyers, prices to produce and buy fireworks that sort of thing. Any help would be greatful
Thanks
Stuart
