As in, do you want a strobe-type device which uses a strobe composition as fuel, or do you want a dire-dust gerb with strobe microstars? Does the device need to act as a driver? What size are you looking at? Does the 'twinkle' need to be a single flash like a true glitter or would strobe microstars suffice?
