Every year there seem to be less back garden firework parties on November the 5th.

When I was a kid, pretty much every other garden had a display, now maybe 1 in 20.

If this dies out, then the anti firework lobby have won by default!

So if you don't usually have a display (shame on you) have one this year invite lots of friends and family, and don't let the tradition die out.

Yep, I agree with that totally.

There ARE some really good Cat 2 fireworks available, too- just avoid the S*permarkets!

People do seem to be using fireworks less at home now on the 5th, not sure why.

It's quite rare that I use fireworks in my back garden, maybe only once or twice a... night! ;)

OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

I always have fireworks in the back garden on the 5th. Wouldn't be the same without them :)

I don't think theres a year gone by where I haven't fired something, whether it be in the garden or in a field. As Mortartube said, wouldn't be the same without them
