Just out of interest - with the exception of perhaps the 100 shot Thunder King and a few of the large rockets / mines are any of their stock actually 1.3G ?
I've actually heard that the Thunder King is more of a Whimper King - but not having fired one I cant say. Any comments ?

I'd assume all new stock is made to fit the current 1.4G spec, other than "meshed" items.
OK, interest in fireworks to be resumed in the spring. It usually is. ;)

New spec 1.4G doesn't necessarily mean bad stuff, of course.

not at all, the 1.4 version of cheeky cherries, from what i have seen, is in my opinion better!

the newer version seems to have a lot more colour, very red, but does not have the loud reports it used to! :(

Yeah- that sounds like new spec!

Does the job well, unless your specifically looking make a load of noise.
