thank you for your safety concern, the cabinet wont go near 160degrees, maybe 40 maximum i am hoping for, so i don't have to try and regulate the temperature, i am considering putting some computer fans inside the box to help circulate the air

not using heating, i mean using the dehumidifier, apparently they put out a bit of heat, iof thats what your meaning...

Its worth noting that meal poweder/dust can penetrate the cooling fans and inside of the workings of the dehumidifier, which could cause fire etc.

Might be worth thinking about constructing some inline filters to reduce this possiblity!

I press my BP to 150 gram pucks, and they dry in room temperature within three weeks.

Very true, not to mention all of the switch gear and mains side of things.

You still have to be careful with filters though. There have been some pretty high profile explosions created when incompatible chemicals have accumulated in them.
Phew that was close.

i can just imagine tiger tails dust containing sulfur and a chlorate based stars dust causing problems if enough dust go in the filter and set off a couple of 100 grams of stars.

To be fair if you are just drying stars dust problems will be minimal, but you must be aware of them to mitigate any problems. Non of my stars are dusty.

However I don't use any chlorate comps in the same place where I have used Sulphur. If you were to have a factory you would not be issued with a licence allowing you to do this. So if it is deemed illegal for the pro's then it should be considered something to avoid completely full stop.

defiantly, all chems I have are kept sealed and sulphur and chlorate is stored separately. to be honest I don’t really use the chlorate, I brought it before I knew how dangerous it can be. i have only really used it to make the dip for Cooperman’s IG's. I am interested to try some colours but not yet.
