You will need to register / log in to view.

There are (according to LOCEF) and awful lot of 16" shells with CAD documents, some until 2015!

If this is the case then why did the HSE not do anything a few years ago when none of the CUBE stock (which was all sitting in one location at the time) got re-clssified when the old CADS ran out and there was tonnes of it being sold and transported all over the UK and to my knowledge is still available. You can't have one rule for one set of items and one for another, it has to be generic. Either something has a CAD or it doesn't.

It also doesn't help when the LOCEF database isn't up to date.
