Fact still remains its a premises that are registered to sell fireworks and not individuals - (the licence may be granted to an individual or a company at the registered premises)

The company that you work for would have to register each and every member of staffs home addresses with the local authorities and pay the relevant fees etc etc, simply having a storage licence doesn't mean you can sell fireworks.

Not quite sure what you mean by firearms?
