I've  had all the family round as I do every year for fireworks and the usual, burgers, hot dogs, jacket potatoes, mushy peas and loads of beer and wine. My own fireworks behaved really well, 82 rockets, 5 wheels, a few fountains and a 3 inch shell sneaked in last off, all mixed with a load of consumer fireworks and mine looked better.

I was considering jacking it all in but after tonight I'll keep my hand in. The comments alone from family members made me feel it was all worth while.

Glad to hear it went well - keep the faith!! If we don't keep up our skills in the craft, no one else will. What people liked most of all at my display last year were my chromatropes & set pieces and you won't be getting any of them from a factory in China.

Mine will be on Wednesday - hope we don't get too much rain & wind...

The weather is good up here till 9pm on Wednesday, hope you're as lucky. Hope it all goes well Phil. We should have a bonfire night once a month in my opinion  :D
