Both dates OK for me, apologies but where does Phil live exactly (not street and number just nearest town)?

I would do the Hotel bit just not into roughing it.

16th 17th 18th are good for me.

23rd 24th good also but would need to leave on the evening of 24th to travel back south.

Sorry folks I am not going to be able to make it, my daughter coming over from Australia to stay with me soon.

Need to sort out my building site home and work commitments before then.

Not wishing to sound like a socialite with a bursting social calender but the fine weather has bought a flurry of invites (clearly none as treasured as our awayday) but I would appreciate some clarity on either 17th or 24th?

Much appreciated.

It would appear that the first weekend looks easiest for all so far so we will set the date as Friday the 16th to Sunday the 18th

Is the awayday still on, only I have a hotel booked in Bradford for 17th & 18th and was wondering what the itinery was likely to be.

Not a problem if it has been postponed I would just like a heads up as it is only 3 weeks away. Apologies for being a planning sort and not very spontaneous!

Hope you don't mind me asking.

Indeed it is.

OK so to make it official:

Friday 16th may until Sunday 18th we are meeting up north for a weekend of general rowdiness.

If anyone wants camping land please let me know soon so I can ok it for you

And we are now open to suggestions for what to do?

I suggest a beer on either friday or saturday night and a meal too. Do enough of us want me to book us something like clay shooting or an hour of carting locally?

Please follow this thread so you keep updated and we can all make suggestions but book it into your calendar now!
