Mica? What sizes and meshes do you think to use? And why mica?

i think its because mica gives a cool fall out

Easier to buy? Why do you think so? Is it cheaper by this way?

The ones I've looked at are fine titanium sponge and the gold ones are cast iron powder. The silver ones will cause a metal detector to register/bleep. Nitrocel' based comp'.
