This is all great advice.
Do you think the "UN MAN2" code is something we should specify on the form, or do we just put a generic "All pyrotechnic substance subject to these regulations" and hope that the ELO knows what that means? Really just wondering if "UN MAN2" is an internal only thing, or a legitimate UN code that an applicant might be expected to know.
Should we additionally also list UN numbers for BP and flash if, for example, we wanted to purchase commercially, or would the "UN MAN2" be broad enough to cover that.
