You can now download the HSE document: guidance for applicants for a licence for an explosives factory or magazine as a .doc (MS Word) file. See links page in members area.

To save ,right click, save target as.

Might try and get an electronic copy of the 1875 act and try and get that online. I'll try my best.

That would be very handy, As my orang book cost over ?50 and it doe'nt even tell you how to make anything.

HSE stands for the "Health and Safety Executive", this is the Gov body responsible for the implimentation of all laws pertaining to H&S:duh:
