That's correct. And as you will have to sail them across you also come under some of their maritime legislation too.
Its simply bp, 33.3 g approx at a time so I'm initiating with touchpaper. Simple as possible.

Your 2nd link looks like I'll have to go back and point that out. He's happy to sanction my 100g at a time demo, but by looking at it as there isn't a specific exemption in place, might have to go a bit more formal, which I'm perfectly happy to do.

Jersey Fire Service Explosive Officer incredibly helpful. There is no 100g rule over there. Its never happened to their knowledge so there is no provision in their law for it saving don't do anything to endanger life, limb and property. They are happy to issue an official sanction so my 'Bigger Bang Theory show' can go ahead :-)
