i have always wanted to make a liquid fuel rocket but have no clue where to start any info would help

i was wondering if any1 has used or made exploding blood packs they are going to be used in a film students movie so they cant cost a lot as far as saftey they are going to be mounted on a piece of steel with padding on the back
