FireByWire training

27 May 2009 - 07:52 AM

Hello

We're thinking of developing and running a yearly FireByWire training course which covers several topics including:

Basic principles of show design
How to minimise work on the day and avoid bell wire or long igniters
How to use our computer software
How to use our hardware both manual and digital systems
Some practical demos
Q&A
Forum for suggestions

So far the uptake seems to indicate we might need to run several of these - my reason for posting is to gauge the demand - and of course any suggestions for the course itself.

Cost wise, it wouldn't be run for profit so I'm guessing some thing like £70 per person.

Feedback most welcomed.

Many thanks

Mat

If anyone is considering buying any of the 3 FireByWire systems for sale by Stormforce Pyrotechnics - please contact me to discuss issues relating to the ownership.

ADR Course

18 February 2009 - 11:06 AM

Hello

We're holding a "northern" ADR+explosives course at either Crewe or Chorley (to be confirmed) and have 6 places spare if anyone is interested.

Cost will be about £200 + £40 exam fee.

Please email me mat@mlepyrotechnics.co.uk if you are interested.

Thanks

Mat
