For one, his spelling is horrible, but what is more scary is he is offering to ship premixed flash powder through the EU mail. I'm not 100% sure what the law is on that over in the UK, or the rest of Europe, but I KNOW that in the US, that will get you federal prison time. Anyone know what the punishment would be if he actually shipped it?

I know this seems like a random post, but im hoping that the person who posted that will see this and change his mind about offering to ship mixed flash powder through the mail....

Anyway, whats some of the most troubling things you have seen along these lines? I once saw a guy on youtube offering to sell premixed ANFO with HMTD caps. How do people this stupid get a hold of such dangerous things?...
