According to leosedf, KClO4/antimony trisulfide mix works, but I don't want to make 20 or 30 e-matches and realise that they finally don't work.

I have some KClO3 but I made it with KNO3/NaClO3 and I suspect that it is contaminated with some NaNO3. What could be the best way ?

Yes, I'm talking about #50g e-match heads, they really don't make a lot of heat. Well, I will make some KClO3..

What is the best casing for shells, paper shells or plastic shells ?
And what is best carrier for burst charge, rice hull, rice krispies, corn cob,... ?
