Thats kind of what I was thinking- other than here and the USA I don't know of any other country that has all year round shops selling nothing but fireworks.
I get the impression that in China they are more widely available ( although not in Hong Kong ) but sold from general shops. I might simply be wrong.
David, Now, In China, fireworks are sold from the shops which already get certificate from the goverment.
