Did you buy a big selection box?

Well, the Kimbolton Platinum box ( damn poor in my opinion )m pack of 7 average rockets ( not too bad ) and a couple of cakes. Not in my opinion £80 worth.

Seems there are no friends in Warrington.

All friendly when I got there, knocked me off £8 from retail price and sold me a load of crap Kimbolton fireworks saying how good they were.

I have honestly seen better fireworks in ASDA, in the buy one get one free £20 range.

To say everyone was disappointed is an understatement, I spent the entire night suitably embarressed by what i had purchased, especially after I had warned them they were cat3 and had a safety distance of 25m.

The majority of them could not even be seen from 25m.

Next year i think I will stick to what i know, seems other people have different ideas on what makes a good firework.

Seems most of the Kimbolton fireworks are window dressed, I got suckered into buying a load form someone who recommended them to me after I travelled to Warrington.

Worse £80 I ever spent, Kimbolton Platinum, a pack of rockets, a wishy washy kimbolton cake and a candle.

The so called cakes were 60% concrete base, 20% tubes and 20% actual firework.

The last time I ever buy that shite.

Its a real shame too, I travelled all that way for some so called good advice and got sold absolute crap.

Best of it was, after the great deal 'not' ( knocking £8 of an £88 shop price purchase ) he asked me to give good forum feedback saying he would throw a pack of sparklers in.

Seems I chose 'poorly'

I know what you mean,

I just put a Fiery-Eye through the neighbours letter box and they had
the cheek to come round our house and moan about it.

That cost me 15 quid the cheeky sods.

:P

You have far more patience than me, by the time he threatened me with a hose pipe I would be letting off the largest barrage I had, and subsequently continued till 1 minute to 11.
I would then feel compelled to spend as much money as I could afford buying the loudest most annoying fireworks I could.
