RJ, I've always been hanging around, occasionally taking a swipe at any newbie who displeases me. Things have been busy at work so I havent had as much time to surf. Hope you are keeping well.

Pyrotechnist, the subject of this topic is pyro accomplishments, not how to build or where to buy. Find an appropriate forum and post your questions there.

I'm working on some rockets with 2 1/2 inch ballshells (tennisball as a former)I made one today and I must say it performed absolutely amazing!!Very nice round spread of stars :D.

I filmed it but my camera skills are pretty poor <_< .i just got a few tail ends on video.
I will make more soon, but for the time being you have to take my word for it.

I finally got one on video :D .

Alltough it veers of to the right the break is absolutely perfect.
If you would like to see it: jerronimo's rocket with 2 1/2 inch ballshell
The vid is of poor quality so the brightness and tail of the stars do not look as good as in real life.

Yes I make everything myself including the stars,I can't go around the corner and just buy them, and even when I could I would make them myself just for the fun and the satisfactory I get out of it.

It's difficult to say how long it took to make the whole rocket because I make everything in seperate stages.

Glad you liked it :D .

it went to a nice height and made a good report. That?s what they do in firework company's one bunker does the rocket mortars and the other does the shell and then it goes and gets all its designs done. Were do you liv in the UK or USA to get thoes chemicals for your fireworks.

Actually Matt, he uses BP? don?t forget that the physics on a ball shell is very different then cylindrical shell. Still, this is an excellent break for BP on such size shell, and I will be very surprised if Jerromino manage to get such a break every time.

Oh ok, I just gathered from him previous posts that he uses H3. Plus, judging by the break I instantly thought it wouldn't have been BP.

Oh and I didnt diss BP....... Honest....

Well, I hope it would not be too much of a shock to get in and discover that the first article you see is by me :)

Mind you, mine is a fairly basic article. Good for begginers - Kyle shells are the thing to read.
