Hi,
You see, I think Keten has taken the hint, he seems to really be stepping up his customer service! Glad you recieved your order!

By the way, he is now on holiday until the 26th of August.

Best Regards,

Mike

Just thought i'd let people know my order came through from www.pyroworx.co.uk today and having only ordered sunday,i'd say thats one quick service. The items were packaged well (similar to inoxia) and although it came through the post i'm pretty happy with the service. They responded to email quick and are very helpful,so all in all (apart from prices) there a good pyro source.

Here's what i ordered anyway
Sodium benzoate
Barium nitrate
magnalium- 200 mesh
willow charcoal-airfloat
nitrocellulose lacquer

Oh, btw.
KeteN's chemicals are exellent except his nitrocellulose lacquer which i think he has bouht in a supermarket or so.
Looks like a kind of floor lacquer.
It's in one of those small tin cans. I tried to pour a bit out on a metal sheet and dry it, it doesn't burn very well and it wont come of the metal plate unlike my homemade.

Just wanted to warn you about it.

That all well and good but there are many chemicals which they do not stock or get expensive when you start looking a larger quantities.

ah... you brits are so damn lucky...

I wish we had a supplier here, in Canada, of all of these chemicals!

Fortunately my platinum arrived to day for a perchlorate cell, so I will be working on that.

Americans have it even better, no need to import things from the other side of the world when you have skylighter. Keten seems pretty good but i have my dubt about ti getting past customs.

Does australia have dedicated suppliers?

I know we used to here, but most are inactive since 2005.

Right now I would order from european companies despite the shipping costs because the extent I have to go to in order to get chemicals here is just rediculous.

If there's one who will ship to Canada I would gladly oblige ordering something

There is no dedicated pyro suppliers in Australia, there was one about 6-8 months back but it was very expensive and didn’t have a lot of chem though they did have KClO3/4.
