Whats up Gor?

Basically this is the way it will work:

If you are already a member of the British Pyrotechnics Society then you already qualify for access.

If you are not already a member then you will need to apply. Usually we accept applications providing you tell us about yourself and your interest with pyrotechnics.

If you drive over the speed limit by just a couple of miles per hour the police are not likely to pull you over. On the other hand if your blasting down the highway and give the authorities the middle finger they have no choice but respond.

lol, nothing to do with pyro but i thought u might like to know that the actualy leniency police are told to give is 10% of the limit +3, in theory this means that if the limit is 60, police wont bother pulling you over unless your doing over 69mph! :D
