I think swapping numbers by PM is a good idea.

Is there going to be a stand/marquee or anything similar to promote the Society? I got the impresson that was the original idea.

Originally we planned to do something along those lines at Stanford Hall but for a number of reasons this was not possible this year. Next year it is highly likely this will happen provided we have volunteers to want to help do that.

What time are you planning to arrive? If you want any help setting up a stall/banners etc. then please let me know. Also do you know if its possible to get a discount on the gate, on production of a UKPS membership card, or whether the discount applies only with prebooked tickets?

Looks like the gates open at 5, so I intend to get there between 5 and 6. Do you have a time planned in for the firing site tour?

See you there,
Paul

I will do the site tour probably 7pm onwards. There are no arrangements for discounted tickets on the day I am afraid.

Weather was pretty nasty and phone reception was very bad on my network. Didn't spot any of you guys unfortunately :( Displays were very good overall despite the difficult conditions with the rain and wind. I managed to get a few nice photos between the showers. Pics to follow.

I missed this, if I'm being honest I just didn't fancy it in the rain.
