Chemikus is a guy (?) from germany who can get hold of various pyro chemicals.

I got some perc from him a few months ago, as it's one of the few things i have not been able to source in the UK. I think it was about ?40 for 1kg.

He does seem OK but he is expensive and he's not a company, so no gaurantees.

My parcel was opened by customs, but they just sealed it up and sent it on.

caveat emptor I think...

Yes you can. But the company can refuse you if they think you are going to do something strange with it. Most companies will ask immeadiately what do you need it for... At least one company I talked with - uses AL 400# for glitter paint making, and they told me they must report to the police any quantity of more then 500g they sell to any organisation...

No they don?t. They told me that over a friendly chat. I also had the feeling that they report only if they are not sure about someone rather then everyone. In any case, I wanted mine for paint ? so I just bought their finished product.

I've not done it myself yet, but you can buy chemicals from skylighter and get them shipped to the UK.

The problems are, that they are only allowed to ship certain chemicals and that the shipping costs are pretty prohibitive...

the shipping is free ones you have gon past a certian price range like you have three chemicals and you are on internatinal air mail it comes to free prise it is quite dear some times like if a chemical is $12.00 for 10lbs you have to pay $12.00 for every pound its dear then. Getting some tools from wolters tools great tools gettin a black powder rocket kit and more stuff and ordering from skylighter sone certain chemicals. :D
