40 foot ISO container will allow on licence 2 tonne of powder. Also if the container is more than 150meters from a dweling then a halfway alarm is requested to be fitted.
Depending where you store your container will also reflect on what your local HSE says you need to do. Some say you need to lift the container 12 inches of the floor, fit lightning conductors etc etc, some want to visit some dont.
In todays climate, i would have a rolling stock in my store to help with the threat of shortage !.
